FLUKA simulations of inelastic beam-gas IR1 and IR5, 3.5 TeV
- New FLUKA model 2012 extending into the arc. Magnetic fields for squeezed optics, beta*=1.0m, 3.5 TeV
- beam-gas events sampled homogenously along ideal trajectory between z=22.6 m and z=546.6 m
- inelastic interaction on gas atom forced at starting position
- no biasing used
- FLUKA geometry by V. Boccone, F. Cerutti, A. Lechner and A. Mereghetti, modified by R. Bruce
